1. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is until 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the first night's room rate.

Non-refundable rates are charged immediately upon booking and cannot be refunded.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for any damages incurred.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all non-smoking rooms.
Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
